Ordering Conditions
All prices are in Euro incl. taxes, for shipping costs click your country/area in the order form.
Minimum Order Amount 15,00 €
For orders of at least 200,00 € we apply a 10% discount.
For orders of at least 500,00 € we apply a 20% discount.
Payment by credit card through PAYPAL.
We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications of products without prior notice.
Delivery
We ship your order within 48 hours by DHL which normally delivers inside EEC in 2-3 days, outside EEC in 6-14 days. If you wish to receive your parcel earlier please contact us by e-mail, we will inform you about the cost of the EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE delivering by air in 24 hours. Orders placed on Fridays after 12.00 will be shipped the following Monday.
Returns
- If you need to send something back please contact us by e-mail before.
- If you receive a parcel that is damaged on arrival please sign ‘with reservations’.
- No reclamation for missing or broken items can be made after 7 days following the receipt of the order.
